چکیده

The most prevalent exposure of bisphenol A (BPA) to biological systems has directed health organizations reduce its safe dosage and the stringent regulation by developed countries that led ban BPA-based (Bisphenol analogues) baby bottles. This in turn opened a new window for ongoing entry analogues into consumer market. Recently, there been tremendous growth both production application achieve "BPA-free" claim. Nevertheless, due growing epidemiological evidence concerning toxicological effects these vivo vitro systems, debate regarding safety concerns over bisphenols is back. Structural had identified food products, human environment matrices. Present review an attempt recapitulate presence matrices as well their physiological animal models groups. But, structural analogy substitutes, endpoints on functions are comparable original compound or certain situations, more harmful than compound. Unfortunately, other potentially alternatives emerging it therefore advised replacement with must be executed great care.

Bisphenol A and Its Analogues Activate Human Pregnane X Receptor

BACKGROUND Bisphenol A (BPA) is a base chemical used extensively in many consumer products. BPA and its analogues are present in environmental and human samples. Many endocrine-disrupting chemicals, including BPA, have been shown to activate the pregnane X receptor (PXR), a nuclear receptor that functions as a master regulator of xenobiotic metabolism. However, the detailed mechanism by which t...
